SST company engineering design department has developed a unique album of generic solutions, agreed with the leading design institutes of Russia and CIS.

This issue includes generic project solutions of pipelines and tanks cable heating system that are developed by ”Special systems and technologies” (SST) company on the basis of designed and actually functioning Teplomag systems.

Experience in design, production and operation of systems of identical designation is taken into consideration in the document.

In each typical project are presented:

general diagram;
type of used heating element;
solutions on the heating of separate units;
recommended scheme of laying the power supply network;
temperature sensors arrangement scheme.

Special attention is given to pipelines heating systems in the explosion hazard zones, since SST company has necessary experience in designing and manufacturing of such systems and produces corresponding explosion-proof equipment and components for similar projects implementation.
