As technical support we perform thermotechnical calculations of Teplomag electrical heating systems using “Teplomag” program product. Teplomag program allows to calculate heat losses from the heated pipeline surface, perform selection of heating tape necessary in each specific case, and also work out preliminary specification on equipment and materials. Technical support group specialists will perform for you thermotechnical calculations of any complexity. It is possible thanks to the personnel high qualification, and also department program equipping. Technical support group has, apart from internal calculation programs (Teplomag), licensed program complex of structured modeling, making possible to solve all kinds of thermotechnical tasks.

A wide range of tasks is solved by our specialists. They are:

• Estimation of heat losses power of different configuration object at keeping required temperature.
• Estimation of power, required for heating up the object from initial temperature up to required one, either in the stop mode or in the mode of product pumping.
• Modeling of temperature fields and diagrams of heated object heat-flux vectors distribution.
