NBMK heating cables are designed for heating the objects that during theirs building or exploitation may be exposed to mechanical strain and corrosive media.
NBMK cables feature high thermal stability due to the considerable bulk of metal armoring and their small thermal resistance.
NBMK armored heating cables are the best option for prevention of ice formation in water drainage systems in the TEPLOSKAT system. and on roads, ramps, stairs’ steps in the TEPLODOR system.
NBMK cables effectively manage the tasks of heating of straightway large diameter spouting chutes, long drips, snow retaining devices in the TEPLOSKAT system.
NBMK armored cables are intended for heating football fields and sports areas. They can be also used in the TEPLOLUX systems in order to heat floors of large­sized premises such as shopping spaces, exhibition halls and religious buildings.
NBMK cables can be used to heat pipelines and storage tanks in case both corrosion and mechanical protections of heating elements are required. Outer polymer coating increases the cable corrosion stability and protects the cable against damages possible as a result of welding at the site.
The cables are supplied as ready to use heating sections with “cold lead” and couplings.
Standard heating sections (TMOE) designed on the basis of the NBMK cable for the TEPLOSKAT systems feature the linear power of 20 W/m. Standard heating sections intended for the TEPLODOR system feature the linear power of 25 W/m. In case the standard sections cannot be possibly used, the equipment is delivered as per an individual project or order.
